Registration in the archive enables users to access further options beyond the free searching and utilisation of the deposited documents.

There are two levels of access authorisation for users registering in the Archivio E-Prints:

  1. Author level - enabling the deposit of documents in the archive. In order to register in the archive as authors and deposit documents, send an e-mail to eprints@unifi.it specifying name, surname, position and academic structure, with register as author as subject. The administrator of the Archivo E-Prints will proceed to enter the author's name in the archive and will then communicate by e-mail the username and password for access to the authors' area.

  2. User level - enabling access to an alerting service which signals when documents related to the selected disciplinary sphere are entered in the archive. To register as user, just fill in the following form. Once registered, you will receive an e-mail containing instructions and link to confirm the registration.
